Je suis Paliguewinde Martin SAWADOGO. Originaire du Burkina Faso, j’ai été lauréat du concours national Ma Thèse en 180 secondes, édition 2022. J’ai soutenu ma thèse de doctorat sur le droit des contrats publics en 2023 à l’Université Thomas SANKARA. Enseignant-chercheur en droit public au Centre universitaire de Banfora durant une année, je suis, aujourd’hui, chercheur postdoctoral à l’Université Laval où je mène une étude comparée sur les enjeux sociojuridiques de la cybersécurité au Burkina Faso et au Canada. Le droit des nouvelles technologies, la théorie du droit, la philosophie du droit, la sociologie du droit, l’anthropologie du droit, le droit des contrats publics, le droit comparé ainsi que les droits de la personne humaine constituent mes principaux domaines de recherche.

I am Paliguewinde Martin SAWADOGO, originally from Burkina Faso and winner of the national “Ma Thèse en 180 secondes” competition, 2022 edition. I defended my doctoral thesis on public contract law in 2023 at Thomas SANKARA University. After serving for a year as a lecturer and researcher in public law at the Banfora University Center, I am now a postdoctoral researcher at Laval University, where I conduct a comparative study on the socio-legal challenges of cybersecurity in Burkina Faso and Canada. My main research areas include technology law, legal theory, philosophy of law, sociology of law, anthropology of law, public contract law, comparative law, and human rights.
