Ndèye Laïty Ndiaye est chercheure indépendante, co-initiatrice du festival féministe Jotaay Ji (Sénégal). Elle travaille actuellement comme chargée de projet en égalité entre les hommes et les femmes avec un focus sur les barrières à l’éducation des filles/adolescentes et le nexus VSS/SSR
Laïty a une certaine connaissance des maisons d’hébergement pour survivantes de violences sexuelles et sexistes à la fois comme intervenante sociale et membre des conseils d’administration. Elle a, à ce titre, été chercheure senior, responsable de l’intervention dans le cadre du projet HIRA porté par le LASPAD.
Passionnée de mouvements sociaux, elle contribue au partage des savoirs sur les luttes féministes et anti-coloniales autant par l’enseignement qu’à travers la co-création d’espaces qui visibilisent les voix et les expériences militantes.

Ndèye Laïty Ndiaye is an independent researcher and co-initiator of the feminist festival Jotaay Ji (Senegal). She currently works as a project manager in gender equality with a focus on barriers to girls'/adolescents' education and the VSS/SSR nexus
Laïty has some knowledge of shelters for survivors of sexual and gender-based violence, both as a social worker and as a member of the boards of directors. In this capacity, she was a senior researcher in charge of intervention for the HIRA project run by LASPAD.
Passionate about social movements, she contributes to the sharing of knowledge on feminist and anti-colonial struggles both through teaching and through the co-creation of spaces that make activist voices and experiences more visible.
