PhD in Economics, Management and Development from the Catholic University of Madagascar. Her research focuses on public management, governance and development, with a particular interest in institutional dynamics, stakeholder coordination and compliance issues in multi-donor environments.

She is currently a university lecturer in transit and international trade, where she contributes to teaching in management and supervises academic research. In parallel, she has significant professional experience in the administrative and financial management of development projects, including budget monitoring, reporting, and coordination with international technical and financial partners.

Her research and professional engagements revolve around governance, sustainable development and public policy, adopting both analytical and applied perspectives.
