ndiayelaity@gmail.comNdèye Laïty Ndiaye is an independent researcher and co-initiator of the feminist festival Jotaay Ji (Senegal). She currently works as a project manager in gender equality with a focus on barriers to girls'/adolescents' education and the VSS/SSR nexus
Laïty has some knowledge of shelters for survivors of sexual and gender-based violence, both as a social worker and as a member of the boards of directors. In this capacity, she was a senior researcher in charge of intervention for the HIRA project run by LASPAD.
Passionate about social movements, she contributes to the sharing of knowledge on feminist and anti-colonial struggles both through teaching and through the co-creation of spaces that make activist voices and experiences more visible.
