bamoussa@greatmali.netMoussa COULIBALY, Econometrist, graduated from the University of Bamako, is a researcher at the Groupe de recherche en économie appliquée et théorique "GREAT", an independent research centre. He is a member of the Comité de prévision et modélisation du Mali (CPM), a forecasting and modelling committee for Mali's budgetary framework, and the Comité de modélisation en modèle d'équilibre général et calculable (MEGC). In charge of surveys at GREAT, he is the focal point of the Afrobameter network, of which GREAT has been one of the leading members since 2000. His research activities include impact assessment studies of economic policies or programmes, poverty analysis and inequality reduction using the computable general equilibrium model, governance, panel data econometrics and household surveys.
