Minata Sarr holds a PhD in Law, specializing in digital law, digital transformation, legal strategy, and innovation. She is an Associate Professor at Cheikh Hamidou Kane Digital University (formerly UVS), where she heads the Law-Computer Science Legaltech undergraduate program. Aware of the challenges posed by converging revolutions in cognitive sciences, nanotechnology, biotechnology, and computer science, Minata Sarr conducts research on how the law can support these societal changes, particularly focusing on data regulation and AI ethics. She is also a certified coach in motivational neuroscience and the founder of Mission & Sens, a personal and professional support organization dedicated to families and educators.
