Holder of a DEA in Political Sociology, he has worked at the Ministry of Information and Communication (Burkina Faso), in the Direction des Etudes et de la Planification (DEP), before joining the Centre de Formation Professionnelle de l’Information (CFPI), which later became the Institut des Sciences et Techniques de l’Information et de la Communication (ISTIC), where he taught sociology. He is a consultant in development analysis, governance, and local public action. A founding member of the Laboratoire Citoyennetés (Burkina Faso) and the Andal Laboratory (Mali), he has participated in several international research programs on the state, public services, and democratic governance, producing numerous reports on these issues.
