There, he conducts research on the dynamics of innovation and reform in health systems within a context of scarcity, exceptionalism, and international aid. He is currently continuing his research by focusing on the issues of brokering and applying produced knowledge, dedicating part of his time to providing technical assistance to the Ministry of Health.
