Ibrahima Khalil Kanté is a Doctor in Meteorology, Oceanography, and Arid Environment Management (MOGMA) from the Doctoral Program in "Atmospheric Sciences, Climate, and Ocean" at the École Supérieure Polytechnique of the Cheikh Anta Diop University of Dakar (ESP/UCAD). He works as a forecaster at the National Directorate of Meteorology of Guinea (Conakry) and is an associated researcher at the Laboratory of Atmospheric Physics and Oceanology Siméon Fongang (LPAOSF/ESP) at UCAD and at the Laboratory of Teaching and Research in Applied Energy of the Gamal Abdel Nasser University of Conakry (LEREA/UGANC).
