ethiam@cndn.snEl Hadji Momar THIAM is the Operations and Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Manager at the National Council for Nutrition Development (CNDN) in Senegal. Specialized in community organization, project management, and evaluation, he has extensive experience in operational management (1999–2013). Since 2013, he has overseen the strategic and operational monitoring of evaluations, including the implementation of the Multisectoral Nutrition Strategic Plan. He is also responsible for studies and surveys at the CNDN, including the analysis of the nutrition component of the Demographic and Health Survey (DHS) conducted by the National Agency of Statistics and Demography. Between 2021 and 2024, he served on the SUN Movement Executive Committee, acting as the alternate to the expert on Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL).
