Boubacar Diallo, holding a Ph.D in Private Law from the University of Paris 1 - Panthéon-Sorbonne and the University Gaston Berger of Saint-Louis, has been contributing for over two decades to (i) evolving the legal frameworks of business and digital in Africa (AU, OHADA, UEMOA, CEMAC, and several Francophone African countries: Senegal, Gabon, Mali, Togo, Congo, notably), (ii) accompanying African executives for their professional and personal development, (iii) improving the governance and compliance of companies (iv), as well as developing platforms and technological tools for training and consultancy (v).
As a research professor, having served as an Associate Professor at the University Gaston Berger of Saint-Louis, he is currently an associate and administrator at the Carapaces, Stratégies & Conformités firm, and an independent director of companies in the finance, technology, and real estate sectors.
