Awuvé Innocent Azilan is a researcher and holds a PhD in Information and Communication Sciences, affiliated with the Universities of Lomé and Toulon. He also serves as Documentation and Scientific Publishing Officer within the Mir@bel network at Sciences Po Lyon. His research adopts a meta perspective to explore the policies, frameworks, and practices related to scholarly communication and open science, as well as the challenges surrounding the visibility and discoverability of African scientific publications within a polarized global ecosystem.
