Biography
Serigne Faboure holds a PhD in Public Law from Cheikh Anta Diop University of Dakar. A Lecturer at the Institute of Public Policy (UCAD), he is also Founder and Researcher at the Institute for the Study and Evaluation of Public Policies and Strategies, and Managing Editor of the journal Stratégies et Politiques Publiques. He is a member of the Senegalese Think Tank Network.
