Biography
Emmanuel CHESSI is a PhD Candidate in Political History at the Université de Dschang (Cameroon). His research focuses on the production of legal norms by the Cameroonian Executive (1957–1996), governance mechanisms, concentration of power and the decolonization of humanitarian practices. He is an active member of the GERCO research group.
