Tiéwendé Jean BALIMA is a Secondary Education Inspector (IES) and PhD Candidate in History of International Relations at Université Joseph KI-ZERBO. He dedicates his academic career to advancing research on environmental education, North-South relations and development cooperation. Since 2019, he has published several articles in journals and collective works. He is also associated with the 2PB-Formation consulting firm.
