The Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie (AUF) is organizing the 4th Assises de la Francophonie Scientifique in Toulouse, France, as part of the World Week of the Scientific Francophonie which will take place from October 14 to 18, 2024.
This event, faithful to the spirit of previous editions, will bring together French-speaking specialists from various backgrounds to discuss a current subject from a scientific angle. The objective will be to arrive at practical recommendations and solutions intended for stakeholders in the Scientific Francophonie.
This year, the Assises de la Francophonie Scientifique will aim to explore the growing roles of science, research and innovation in international relations and political decision-making environments, by demonstrating how the concept of Francophone scientific diplomacy can respond to the challenges of the future?
The 4th Conference of the Scientific Francophonie invites teacher-researchers; professional experts; diplomats; and key players in education and development to demonstrate and put into perspective how education and university systems, research and innovation systems must evolve to support internationally influential French-speaking scientific diplomacy.
