Iba Ndiaye lui permettra d\u2019exposer au 1er Festival mondial des arts n\u00e8gres de 1966 \u00e0 Dakar. Il sortira major de la promotion 1967-68. En 1969, un an apr\u00e8s sa sortie de l\u2019\u00e9cole, Baye Mballo obtient une bourse pour une formation en technicien de mus\u00e9e au d\u00e9partement d\u2019\u00e9gyptologie de l\u2019universit\u00e9 du Louvre \u00e0 Paris. \u00c0 son retour \u00e0 Dakar, dans les ann\u00e9es 1970, il occupera plusieurs postes dans l\u2019administration, notamment celui de charg\u00e9 de cours \u00e0 l\u2019\u00c9cole Nationale des Arts et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00c9cole d\u2019architecture et d\u2019urbanisme.   <\/p><p>Artiste plasticien, d\u00e9c orateur, graphiste, s\u00e9rigraphe, photographe scientifique, technicien de mus\u00e9e, formateur en batik et teinture traditionnelle, consultant, illustrateur de livres scientifiques, producteur de supports publicitaires, autant d\u2019activit\u00e9s qui font lien avec les multiples qualifications de Baye Mballo K\u00e9b\u00e9.<\/p><p>L\u2019artiste, au talent et \u00e0 la constance reconnus, est m\u00e9daill\u00e9 d\u2019or de Paris Critique, chevalier des Arts et des Lettres de France et du S\u00e9n\u00e9gal, et Grand Prix humanitaire de France. Il est l\u2019inventeur de la technique \u00ab Xatim Art \u00bb (xatim signifie \u00e9criture en wolof), par laquelle les mots et l\u2019\u00e9criture calligraphique sont des attributs plastiques : Baye Mballo , \u00e9l\u00e8ve de Iba Ndiaye1 en section arts plastiques de l\u2019\u00c9cole Nationale des Arts de Dakar, partage avec son ma\u00eetre formateur autant de passion pour le jazz que d\u2019actions pour l\u2019\u00e9clat des m\u00e9tiers artistiques. Iba Ndiaye lui permettra d\u2019exposer au 1er Festival mondial des arts n\u00e8gres de 1966 \u00e0 Dakar. Il sortira major de la promotion 1967-68. En 1969, un an apr\u00e8s sa sortie de l\u2019\u00e9cole, Baye Mballo obtient une bourse pour une formation en technicien de mus\u00e9e au d\u00e9partement d\u2019\u00e9gyptologie de l\u2019universit\u00e9 du Louvre \u00e0 Paris. \u00c0 son retour \u00e0 Dakar, dans les ann\u00e9es 1970, il occupera plusieurs postes dans l\u2019administration, notamment celui de charg\u00e9 de cours \u00e0 l\u2019\u00c9cole Nationale des Arts et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00c9cole d\u2019architecture et d\u2019urbanisme. Artiste plasticien, d\u00e9c orateur, graphiste, s\u00e9rigraphe, photographe scientifique, technicien de mus\u00e9e, formateur en batik et teinture traditionnelle, consultant, illustrateur de livres scientifiques, producteur de supports publicitaires, autant d\u2019activit\u00e9s qui font lien avec les multiples qualifications de Baye Mballo K\u00e9b\u00e9. L\u2019artiste, au talent et \u00e0 la constance reconnus, est m\u00e9daill\u00e9 d\u2019or de Paris Critique, chevalier des Arts et des Lettres de France et du S\u00e9n\u00e9gal, et Grand Prix humanitaire de France.
